Dr. Lindsey Bullinger, an Assistant Professor in the School of Public Policy, is affiliated with the Children's Pediatric Research Alliance at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Georgia Tech's Center for Health and Humanitarian Systems, and the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities at the University of Notre Dame. She is on the editorial board for the Journal of Policy Analysis & Management. 

Dr. Bullinger's research examines the impact of public policies on child and family health, focusing on low-income families. Her work, published in prestigious journals such as the American Journal of Health Economics and JAMA Pediatrics, has been funded by organizations like the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Pew Charitable Trusts.
