Healthcare innovation startups often face significant challenges when transitioning from product development to real-world clinical evaluation and hospital engagement. This Medical Mondays seminar is designed to help founders, innovators, advisors, and investors better understand the strategic, operational, and compliance-related considerations involved in preparing for clinical studies, validation efforts, and healthcare system partnerships.

This session is intended for biotech, medical device, life sciences, digital health, and AI startups that are planning a clinical evaluation, testing initiative, validation effort, or patient study within the next 6-12 months and are not yet in the commercialization or procurement phase.

As organizations prepare to engage hospitals, healthcare systems, and clinical stakeholders, or pitch opportunities through programs such as Medical Mondays, this seminar will provide foundational insights into navigating the complexities of clinical implementation. Topics will include hospital engagement strategies, contractual and compliance considerations, operational planning, investor readiness, and preparing for meaningful clinical collaboration opportunities.

Attendees will gain practical knowledge to help strengthen conversations with healthcare institutions, improve readiness for clinical engagement, and better position their innovations for long-term success. Participants will also receive an investor readiness and clinical trial preparation checklist designed to support early-stage planning and execution.

Presented by Medical Mondays, a Strategic Funding Partnership Network that has supported startup acceleration, implementation, and commercialization since 2021 through partnerships with more than 60 venture funds, angel investor groups, and family offices focused on pediatric and adult healthcare innovation.
