The Georgia Tech Pediatric Innovation Network (GTPIN) invites you to join our next Pediatric Tech Talk webinar featuring Erin Keller, Venture Fund Lead for GTF Ventures at the Georgia Tech Foundation. This session will be hosted by Leanne West, Chief Engineer of Pediatric Technologies at Georgia Tech and Chief Research & Innovation Officer at Shriners Children’s.

During this conversation, Erin will discuss the role of venture capital in advancing innovation, how university venture funds support emerging technologies, and what researchers and innovators should understand about positioning their work for commercialization and investment. Drawing from her experience in early-stage venture capital, frontier technology investing, and medtech innovation, she will share practical insights on how breakthrough ideas move from research environments into funded startups.

About the Speaker

Erin Keller leads venture investment activities for GTF Ventures, a $20M+ fund supporting high-potential Georgia Tech startups. She previously worked as an investor in the Bay Area with early-stage venture capital firms, including Toyota Ventures’ frontier technology fund. Erin began her career in Atlanta at a medtech venture studio and holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
